- How much space does a locker need?
- That depends on the number of compartments. The locker is modular, so we adapt the size to your location and the expected volume — and expand later if needed.
- A carrier already wants to install its own locker here. Why ACTUS?
- Because one open locker works for all carriers and online retailers. Otherwise you will soon have three or four units from three or four carriers. Carriers can connect to the ACTUS locker.
- Who helps users when there is a problem?
- Our helpdesk, via the number on the locker. You don't have to follow anything up yourself.
