This policy applies to the website www.actus-lockers.com, to the contact form on this website and to the business contacts that follow from it (by e-mail, telephone or in a meeting).

3.2 Technical data when visiting the website
With every visit, our hosting partner's server automatically records technical data in log files: your IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser type. This data serves only to keep the website secure and available (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest) and is deleted automatically after a limited period. We do not link it to your identity.

4. How long do we keep your data?
- Contact requests without follow-up: at most 12 months after our last contact.
- Business relationships: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter as long as the law requires (accounting records: 7 years).
- Technical log files: a limited period determined by our hosting partner, solely for security purposes.
5. Who do we share your data with?
Your data is shared only with service providers that help us run this website and our communication: our hosting and e-mail partner(s), established in the European Union. They act as processors on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect your data and not to use it for their own purposes (Art. 28 GDPR).
We do not transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area. We share it with public authorities only when the law obliges us to.
6. How do we protect your data?
The website is only accessible over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to the data from the contact form is limited to the staff who handle your request. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data erased, insofar as we are not legally required to keep it;
- have the processing restricted;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a commonly used format (portability).
To exercise these rights, send an e-mail to artak@actus-lockers.com. We reply within one month. To prevent abuse, we may ask you to prove your identity.
