What online retailers ask us first.
- Does my carrier already have to be on the network?
- Not necessarily. Together with you and your carrier(s) we work out how the parcels get into the lockers. The connection runs through the carrier or directly via our API.
- Will all my parcels fit in a locker?
- The lockers have compartments in several sizes, from small to XL. When booking, you pass on the parcel size. If no suitable compartment is available, the arrangement you make with your carrier applies: home delivery, another locker nearby or a pick-up point. Our integration supports each of these scenarios.
- Can I also offer returns via the locker?
- Yes. Your customer places the parcel with its return label in a compartment; your carrier collects it on its next stop.
- What does it cost?
- You pay per compartment used, per parcel, with no fixed cost or minimum volume. Ask for a proposal tailored to your volumes and regions.
